光银国际助力赤壁城市发展集团有限公司成功定价4.8亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力赤壁城市发展集团有限公司（“赤壁城发”，简称 “公司”）定价4.8亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于香港交易所上市。

公司组建于2018年10月，注册资金10亿元，其前身为赤壁蓝天城投公司。公司定位为国有资产、城市资源综合运营商，主要服务赤壁城市建设，集中优势发展金融、资产资源经营、土地整理等产业板块,为实现赤壁市高质量发展、城市综合实力提升提供强力支撑。

在光大银行武汉分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行武汉分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Chibi City Development Group Co., Ltd (the "Company"), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.

The company was established in October 2018 with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its predecessor was Chibi Blue Sky Urban Investment Company. The company is positioned as a comprehensive operator of state-owned assets and urban resources. It mainly serves the construction of Chibi City and concentrates its advantages to develop industrial sectors such as finance, asset resource management, and land consolidation, providing strong support for the high-quality development of Chibi City and the improvement of the city's comprehensive strength.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Wuhan Branch ("CEB Wuhan Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Wuhan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
