光银国际助力乌鲁木齐经济技术开发区建发国有资本投资运营(集团)有限公司成功定价6.4亿人民币境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力乌鲁木齐经济技术开发区建发国有资本投资运营(集团)有限公司（以下简称“建发集团”）定价6.4亿人民币3年期高级无抵押莲花债券。此次发行为西北五省首笔莲花债，是新疆自贸试验区设立后发行的首只离岸人民币债券，募集资金将用于丝绸之路经济带核心区重点项目建设。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

建发集团成立于1992年，是经开区重要的基础设施建设及国有资产运营主体，业务涉及基础设施建设、市政道路与园林绿化养护、物业租赁、园区综合开发及贸易等。集团主营业务收入主要来自资产租赁、道路园林维护、棚户区改造、房地产销售和货物销售等。

在光大银行乌鲁木齐分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行乌鲁木齐分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, UETD Construction & Development State-Owned Capital Investment Operation (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

Founded in 1992, the Company is an important infrastructure construction and state-owned asset operation entity in the Economic and Technological Development Zone. Its business involves infrastructure construction, municipal roads and landscaping maintenance, property leasing, park comprehensive development and trade, etc. The Company's main business income mainly comes from asset leasing, road and garden maintenance, shantytown renovation, real estate sales and goods sales, etc.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Urumqi Branch ("CEB Urumqi Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Urumqi Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
