光银国际助力江苏东和投资集团有限公司成功定价3.6亿人民币境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力江苏东和投资集团有限公司（“东和投资”，简称“公司”）定价3.6亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。
公司成立于2018年，是如东县人民政府直属国有独资公司，为县属一类企业，注册资本3亿人民币，负责县政府授权管辖范围内国有企业及国有资源管理运营，经营国有投资项目的建设、管理和运营，业务涵盖能源产业、文旅服务、开发建设、农业产业、金融服务5大板块，拥有东电新能源、东能天然气管网等70多家子公司。员工1332人，其中中高层管理人员195名。
在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作
Recently, Jiangsu Donghe Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
The Company was established in 2018, as a wholly state-owned company directly under the Rudong County People's Government. It is a first-class county-owned enterprise with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. The Comapny is responsible for the management and operation of state-owned enterprises and resources within the jurisdiction authorized by the county government. It is also responsible for the conduct of state-owned investment projects, construction, management and operation. The Company’s business covers five major sectors: energy industry, cultural tourism services, development and construction, agricultural industry, and financial services. It has more than 70 subsidiaries such as Dongdian New Energy and Dongneng Natural Gas Pipeline Network. There are 1,332 employees, including 195 middle and senior managers.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
