光银国际助力淄博财金成功定价5.8亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力淄博市财金控股集团有限公司（“淄博财金”，简称“公司”）定价5.8亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于香港交易所上市。

公司于2021年4月完成更名，前身为成立于2016年的淄博市金融控股有限公司。注册资本30亿元，出资人为淄博市财政局，主体信用评级AA+等级，为市政府主管一级企业和核心资本运作主体。主要负责市级政府引导基金运作、股权投资、市场化融资等业务，统筹“金融、类金融、实体”三大板块运作，着力打造“产业+金融”的综合性、功能性、多元化发展体系。

在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Zibo Caijin Holding Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.

The Company, formerly known as Zibo Financial Holding Co., Ltd., was established in 2016 and completed its name change in April 2021. The registered capital is 3 billion yuan. The investor is the Zibo Municipal Finance Bureau. It is a first-class enterprise and core capital operation entity in charge of the municipal government. Mainly responsible for municipal government guidance fund operation, equity investment, market-oriented financing and other businesses, coordinating the operation of the three major sectors of "finance, quasi-finance, and entities", and striving to create a comprehensive, functional, and diversified development system of "industry + finance" .

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch (“CEB Jinan Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
