光银国际助力日照城投成功定价56.6亿日元境外债

近日，光银国际作为配售代理，成功助力日照市城市建设投资集团有限公司（“日照城投”，简称“公司”）定价56.6亿日元3年期高级无抵押债券。债券将于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司为日照市重点基础设施建设投资主体。凭借日照市的发展、强大的股东支持及其稳定的业务模式，公司承建并完成了大量对日照市具有战略意义的建设项目。

在光大银行青岛分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行青岛分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Rizhao City Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its JPY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Placing Agent on this deal.

The company is a key infrastructure construction and investment entity in Rizhao. Leveraging on the development of Rizhao, strong shareholder support and its stable business model, the Guarantor had undertaken and completed a large number of construction projects which are of strategic importance to Rizhao.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Qingdao Branch (“CEB Qingdao Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Qingdao Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
