光银国际助力齐鲁财金成功定价2亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为配售代理，成功助力齐鲁财金(山东)经济发展有限公司（“齐鲁财金”，简称 “公司”）定价2亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。

公司成立于1992年12月，为齐鲁集团的全资子公司，由济南市国资委全资拥有。公司作为济南市国有重点企业之一，主要从事代建业务和商品贸易业务。

在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Qilu Finance (Shandong) Economic Development Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Placing Agent on this deal.

Established in December 1992, the Company was initially wholly-owned by the Finance Bureau of Laiwu City. The Company is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qilu Finance Investment Group Co., Ltd. which is wholly-owned by the Jinan SASAC and ultimately controlled by the Jinan Municipal Government. As one of the key state-owned entities in Jinan City, the Group mainly engaged in agent construction business and commodities trading business.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch (“CEB Jinan Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
