稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力四川省酒业集团成功定价自贸区离岸债券

近日，光银国际作为配售代理人，成功助力四川省酒业集团有限责任公司（“四川省酒业集团”，简称“集团”）定价2.1亿人民币3年期中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（“上海自贸区”）离岸债券。

四川省酒业集团成立于2017年6月，是经四川省委、省政府同意组建的大型综合性国有企业。经过几年发展，川酒集团实现了较快增长，成为中国最大的原酒生产商供应商、中国最大的国优品牌运营商、中国最大的酒类产品供应链商、中国最大的OEM定制商，是四川省100强企业，也是四川原酒20强企业第一名。

在光大银行成都分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力四川省酒业集团成功定价此次自贸区人民币债券，为四川省酒业集团在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与成都分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Sichuan Liquor Group Co.，LTD. (the “Group”), successfully priced its CNH 3-Year senior fixed rate Free Trade Zone (“FTZ”) notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Placing Agent.

Founded in June 2017, the Group is a state-owned enterprise approved by the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. After several years of development, the Group has achieved rapid growth and has become China's largest raw liquor manufacturer supplier, China's largest wine product supply chain provider, and China's largest OEM customizer. It is one of the top 100 enterprises in Sichuan Province and the first among the top 20 raw liquor enterprises in Sichuan.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Chengdu Branch (“CEB Chengdu Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Chengdu Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
