稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力青田交投成功定价人民币债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力青田县交通发展投资有限公司（“青田交投”，与其子公司统称“集团”）定价3年期中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（“上海自贸区”）离岸债券。债券将于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司交易所上市。
青田交投成立于1997年3月4日, 集团作为青田县重要的基础设施建设主体之一，主要负责青田县内公路桥梁等交通及水利基础设施建设，此外还涉及土地开发整理、公路养护、安保服务、公共交通运输、电力生产、港务服务等业务。截至2022年6月末，公司注册资本和实收资本均为10,000万元，青田国控持有公司100%股权，系集团控股股东，实际控制人为青田国资办。
在光大银行杭州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力青田交投成功定价此次美元债券，为青田交投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行杭州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Qingtian Transportation Development Investment Co., Ltd (“Qingtian Transportation Development Investment Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its CNH 3-Year senior fixed rate Free Trade Zone ("FTZ") notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
The Group was established on March 4, 1997. As one of the important infrastructure construction entities in Qingtian County, the group is mainly responsible for the construction of transportation and water conservancy infrastructure such as roads and bridges in Qingtian County. In addition, it also involves land development and consolidation, road maintenance, security services, public transportation, power production, and port services. As of the end of June 2022, the registered capital and paid in capital of the company were both RMB 100 million. Qingtian County State-owned Assets Holding Group holds 100% of the company's equity and is the controlling shareholder of the group. The actual controller is Qingtian County State-owned Assets Holding Group Co., Ltd.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hangzhou Branch (“CEB Hangzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hangzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
