近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人和联席牵头经办人，成功助力南宁五象新区建设投资有限责任公司（“南宁五象新区建投”，简称“公司”）定价1.4亿人民币3年期中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（“上海自贸区”）离岸债券。债券将于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。该笔创广西地区自贸债历史最大发行规模且最低利率记录。
公司在五象新区提供土地开发、基础设施建设、商业地产销售、租赁和其他业务，并已开发出多元化的业务组合。在当地政府的大力支持下和公司自身的不断努力努力下，12年间公司业务不断增长，在五象新区建立了强大的影响力，并在升级基础设施领域发挥了重要作用，加快五象新区城市发展。
在光大银行南宁分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力南宁五象新区建投成功定价此次自贸区离岸人民币债券，为南宁五象新区建投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与南宁分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Nanning Wuxiang New Area Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (the “Group”), successfully priced its CNH 3-Year senior fixed rate Free Trade Zone (“FTZ”) notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Managers on this deal. The Notes will be listed on ChongWa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange CO., Ltd. (MOX). It set a record for the largest issue size and the lowest issue price of FTZ offshore RMB bond issuance in Guangxi Province.
The Group is a major platform in Wuxiang New Area providing municipal services including land development, infrastructure construction, commercial property sales and leasing. The Group also engages in other businesses and thus has developed a well-diversified business portfolio. With strong support from the local government and after over 12 years of business growth, the Group has established a strong presence in Wuxiang New Area and played an important role in upgrading the infrastructure and accelerating the urban development of Wuxiang New Area.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanning Branch (“CEB Nanning Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanning Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
