稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力中航国际融资租赁成功定价自贸区离岸绿色债券

近日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人、联席账簿管理人和联席牵头经办人，成功助力中航国际融资租赁有限公司（“中航租赁”，简称“公司”）定价11亿人民币3年期中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（“上海自贸区”）离岸绿色债券。中航租赁主体评级为惠誉A-，展望稳定。债券将于新加坡证券交易所上市。

公司是商务部和国家税务总局批准成立的国内首批融资租赁试点企业之一。1993年在上海浦东新区注册成立，隶属于十大军工央企集团-中国航空工业集团有限公司，控股方中航工业产融控股股份有限公司是国内资本市场首家直接上市的金融控股上市公司。

在光大银行上海分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力中航国际融资租赁成功定价此次自贸区离岸人民币绿色债券，为中航国际融资租赁在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与上海分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, AVIC International Leasing Co., Ltd. (the “Group”), successfully priced its CNH 3-Year senior fixed rate Free Trade Zone (“FTZ”) green notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Lead Managers on this deal. The Group is rated A- by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX).

The Group is one of the first batch of domestic financial leasing pilot enterprises approved by the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration of Taxation. Registered and established in Shanghai Pudong New Area in 1993, it is affiliated to the top ten military industry central enterprise groups, Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. The controlling party, Avic Industry-finance Holdings Co.,ltd., is the first financial holding listed company directly listed in the domestic capital market.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Shanghai Branch (“CEB Chengdu Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Chengdu Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
