稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力漳州九龙江成功定价可持续境外债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力漳州市九龙江集团有限公司（“漳州九龙江”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价3年期美元高级无抵押债券。漳州九龙江主体评级为惠誉BBB-，展望为稳定。预计债项评级亦为惠誉BBB-。债券将于香港交易所上市。
漳州九龙江总部位于中国福建省漳州市。截至新闻稿发布之日，该集团是漳州市按总资产和盈利能力计算的四大国有企业之一。集团的核心业务分为五大板块，即:医药制造、投资、机械制造、贸易和其他。
簿记建档日，光银国际率先下达牵头订单，助力建立账簿动能。本笔债券是福建省非金融企业首单可持续债券。在光大银行福州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力漳州九龙江成功定价此次美元债券，为漳州九龙江在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行福州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Zhangzhou Jiulongjiang Group Co., Ltd. (“Zhangzhou Jiulongjiang”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Group is rated BBB- by Fitch, stable outlook. The expected issue rating is BBB- by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Group is headquartered in Zhangzhou city of Fujian Province in the PRC. The Group is one of the four largest state-owned enterprises in terms of total assets and profitability in Zhangzhou city as at the date of the press release. The Group has established its core business in five segments, namely (i) pharmaceutical manufacturing, (ii) investment, (iii) machinery manufacturing, (iv) trading and (v) others.
On the bookbuilding day, CEBI contributed to the book momentum by placing lead order. This bond is the first sustainability bond of a non-financial enterprise in Fujian Province. With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Fuzhou Branch (“CEB Fuzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Fuzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
