光银国际助力长春发展成功定价美元绿色债券

近日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人及评级顾问成功助力长春市城市发展投资控股（集团）有限公司（“长春发展”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价3年期美元高级无抵押绿色债券。长春发展主体评级为穆迪Baa1，惠誉BBB+，展望均为稳定。债项评级亦为穆迪Baa1，惠誉BBB+。债券将于香港交易所上市。

长春发展是长春市唯一一家由长春市政府设立、长春市国资委全资拥有的综合性投融资平台。集团引导和整合多渠道的资金，用于长春市战略性产业和重大基础设施的发展和推进。除此之外，集团还肩负着国有资产的保值增值任务。集团通过投资及控股不同行业的公司来开展业务，包括租赁业务、工程施工、水务治理、贸易以及金融服务。

光银国际作为联席全球协调人协助公司召开固定收益全球投资人会议，积极推介集团近两年的发展及信用亮点。簿记建档日，光银国际与承销团为公司做出全面的市场分析，制定最优的发行策略。在光大银行长春分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力长春发展成功定价此次美元债券，为长春发展在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行长春分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Changchun Urban Development & Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (“CCUDIH”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 3-year senior fixed rate green notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Global Coordinator and rating advisor in the transaction. The Group is rated Baa1 by Moody’s and BBB+ by Fitch, both stable outlook. The issue ratings are Baa1 by Moody’s and BBB+ by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Group is the only comprehensive investment and financing platform in Changchun City established by the Changchun Government and wholly owned by the Changchun SASAC, and was established with the aim of (i) directing and consolidating different and diversified sources of funds to Changchun City for the development and promotion of strategic sectors and major infrastructure and (ii) preserving and enhancing the value of state-owned assets. It invests in and controls a number of companies specialised in various industries, including rental business, engineering construction, water treatment, trading as well as financial services.

During roadshow period, CEBI helped the Group hold Global Investor Conference call, actively marketing the Group’s recent development and credit highlights to potential investors. On the bookbuilding day, CEBI and the syndicate group made a comprehensive market analysis for the Group, determined the most favorable offering strategies. With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Changchun Branch (“CEB Changchun Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Changchun Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
