光银国际助力山东国惠成功定价美元债券

6月8日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力山东国惠投资控股集团有限公司（“山东国惠”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价3年期美元计价高级无抵押债券。山东国惠主体评级为穆迪Baa2，惠誉BBB+，展望均为稳定。债项评级为惠誉BBB+。债券将于香港交易所上市。
山东国惠是山东省国资委直接全资持有的省级国有企业。作为省级国有资本投资平台，山东国惠持有多家优质省属国有企业约20%的股权，包括山东高速，山东能源，山东钢铁，山东黄金，华鲁集团。集团在山东国有企业改革、国有资产重组、经济动能转型发展等方面发挥着关键作用。
在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力山东国惠成功定价此次美元债券，为山东国惠在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 8 June, Shandong Guohui Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“Shandong Guohui”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Group is rated Baa2 by Moody’s and BBB+ by Fitch, both stable outlook. The issue rating is BBB+ by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Shandong Guohui is a provincial state-owned company controlled by and directly wholly-owned by Shandong SASAC. Acted as provincial investment platform for state-owned capital, the Group was transferred approximately 20 percent of the equity interest in many province-administrated enterprises, including Shandong Hi-speed, Shandong Energy, Shandong Iron and Steel, Shandong Gold, and Hualu Group. The Group plays a key role in reform of SOE, restructure of State-owned assets, the transformation and development of economic drivers in Shandong.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch (“CEB Jinan Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
