光银国际助力环龙控股于香港主板成功上市

2022年1月11日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人及联席牵头经办人，成功助力环龙控股有限公司（股票代号：2260.HK，以下简称“环龙控股”）于香港主板挂牌上市。
此次IPO募集资金将用于购买机器以就产能扩大计划的第二阶段升级上海生产基地及升级成都生产基地的生产线、加强公司的研发能力、寻求战略性收购、减少公司的债务及营运资金及一般公司用途。
环龙控股主要从事造纸毛毯的设计、制造及销售，为客户提供全面的造纸毛毯服务，从进行实地视察、就造纸毛毯的类型及规格向客户提供建议，到采购合适原材料作生产、进行质量控制、向客户交付纸毛毯及提供售后服务。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，环龙控股在中国市场的五大造纸毛毯制造商中排名第四，是唯一一家在中国设立总部的造纸毛毯制造商。按2020年收益计算，环龙控股的市场份额约为5.8%。

As a Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager, CEBI assisted Vanov Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 2260.HK, “Vanov”) to get listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 11th January 2022.
The net proceeds from the Global Offering will be used for purchasing machinery in order to upgrade Shanghai Production Site and Chengdu Production Site under phase two of production capacity expansion plan, strengthening research and development capabilities, pursuing strategic acquisitions, reducing indebtedness by repaying certain outstanding bank borrowings and working capital and other general corporate purposes.
Vanov principally engages in the design, manufacture and sales of papermaking felts. The Company provides comprehensive papermaking felts services to customers, from conducting on-site visits and advising customers on the types and specifications of papermaking felts, to sourcing suitable raw materials for producing, conducting quality control, delivering papermaking felts to customers and providing after-sales services. According to the Frost & Sullivan Report, Vanov ranked fourth of the leading papermaking felts manufacturers in the PRC in 2020 in terms of revenue with an approximate market share of 5.8%.
