光银国际助力重庆国际物流成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人，成功助力重庆国际物流枢纽园区建设有限责任公司（“重庆国际物流”或“集团”）定价3年期美元计价的高级无抵押债券。债项评级为惠誉BBB-。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。
重庆国际物流是由重庆市政府设立，沙坪坝区国资委全资持有的重要国有企业。集团主要负责物流园区的运营，开发及管理，并协助政府行使重要的职能，包括征用土地，制定和实施产业和城市发展政策，补贴重点交通设施，促进产业发展和规划，协调建设重要的国际贸易路线。集团是物流园区的唯一运营商、开发商和管理者，是沙坪坝区重点建设运营平台。
本次发债最终账簿覆盖倍数超过2.8倍。重庆国际物流成功将债券的定价收益率从初始价格指引收窄约45个基点。在光大银行重庆分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力重庆国际物流成功定价此次美元债券，为重庆国际物流在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行重庆分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park Construction Co., Ltd. (“Chongqing International Logistics” or the “Group”) successfully priced US$ 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of this transaction. The issue rating of the Notes is BBB- by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on SGX.
The Group is a leading state-owned enterprise in Chongqing established by the Chongqing municipal government and is directly supervised and wholly-owned by the Chongqing Shapingba SASAC. The Group focuses on the operation, development and management of the Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park (the ‘‘Logistics Hub Park’’) and assumes important government functions, including expropriating land, formulating and implementing policies on industrial and urban development, subsidising key transportation facilities, fostering industrial development and planning and coordinating the construction of key international trade routes. The Group is the sole operator, developer and manager of the Logistics Hub Park and acts as one of the key construction and operation platforms in Shapingba district.
The final book is over 2.8 times coverage and the Group successfully tightened the reoffer yield from IPG by 45 bps. With unreserved support of the Chongqing branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Chongqing Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Chongqing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
