光银国际同日承销越秀地产及常州东方城建两家公司美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席簿记管理人，成功助力越秀地产股份有限公司（“越秀地产”）、常州东方新城建设集团有限公司（“常州东方城建”）于香港定价美元计价的高级无抵押债券。其中，越秀地产定价5年期票息2.8%和10年期票息3.8%双期限的债券。常州东方城建定价3年期票息3%的债券。债券均将于香港交易所上市。

越秀地产成立于1983年，1992年于香港上市（股票代码：00123HK），是全国第一批成立的综合性房地产开发企业之一、中国第一代商品房的缔造者，也是中国第一家拥有香港房地产投资信托基金的内地房企。越秀地产账簿超过34亿美元，成功将债券收益率由初始价格指引的T5+275bps区间和T10+305bps区间大幅分别收窄45及40个基点至最终定价的T5+230bps及T10+265bps。

常州东方城建成立于2014年，是江苏省常州经开区重要的基础设施建设主体，开展土地整理及基础设施建设项目。得益于常州经开区近年的快速发展，常州东方城建已成为区内领先的国有企业，在区内的发展中扮演着重要的角色。常州东方城建账簿收获超过8.3亿美元认购，成功将定价收益率由初始价格指引的3.7%区间大幅收窄60个基点至3.1%。本次发行亦是常州东方城建于境外资本市场的首次亮相。

在光大银行广州分行及南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力越秀地产及常州东方城建成功发行美元债券，为其在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行广州分行及南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Yuexiu Property Company Limited (“Yuexiu Property”) successfully priced 5-year 2.8% and 10-year 3.8% dual tranche senior fixed rate notes. Changzhou Eastern New City Construction Group Co., Ltd. (“Changzhou City Construction”) successfully priced 3-year 3% senior fixed rate notes. CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in both transactions. The notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Yuexiu Property (HKEx Stock Code: 00123), formerly known as “Guangzhou Investment Company Limited”, was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1992 as the 9th red chip company listed in Hong Kong. Guangzhou Yuexiu Holdings Limited, Yuexi Property's majority shareholder, is a state-owned enterprise under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (“SASAC”) of the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government. IPG of Yuexiu Property notes are T5+275bps area and T10+305bps area and received overwhelming demand from institutional investors, book size over 3.4 billion USD, which allowed the company to tighten price guidance by 45bps for 5-year and 40bps for 10-year respectively, and the notes were finally priced at T5+230bps and T10+265bps.

Changzhou City Construction is the key infrastructure construction entity in the Changzhou Economic Development Zone (the “Changzhou EDZ”), Jiangsu Province. Established in 2014, the company is designated to carry out land development and infrastructure construction projects in the Changzhou EDZ, including a number of landmark infrastructure construction projects. Leveraging the development of the Changzhou EDZ in recent years, the company has established itself as a leading state-owned company in the Changzhou EDZ and plays an important role in the development of the Changzhou EDZ. The book size of Changzhou City Construction is over 830 million USD, successfully tightened the reoffer yield from IPG 3.7% area by 60bps to 3.1%. It is also the debut USD bond issuance to Changzhou City Construction.

With unreserved support of Guangzhou Branch and Nanjing branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Branch”), CEBI helped the companies complete the transactions successfully and gained more investor recognition in the international capital market.
