光银国际助力嘉泓物流香港主板成功上市

2020年10月15日，光银国际作为联席簿记管理人及联席牵头经办人，成功助力嘉泓物流国际控股有限公司（以下简称“嘉泓物流”）于香港主板挂牌上市。
此次IPO募集资金将用于增强及扩张公司的配送及物流业务、扩大公司的B2C服务，以及用作补充公司的营运资金。
嘉泓物流是国际知名的物流解决方案供应商，核心业务为提供有关时尚产品及精品葡萄酒的空运代理服务以及配送及物流服务，公司主要专注于高端时尚产品。根据灼识咨询报告，就截至2019年12月31日止年度的收益而言，公司于中国高端时尚产品综合空运代理市场中排名第五，占1.6%的市场份额，并于香港排名第六，占2.6%的市场份额。

As a Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager, CEBI helped CN Logistics International Holdings Limited (CN Logistics) to be listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 15th October, 2020.
The net proceeds from the Global Offering will be used for enhancing and expanding the distribution and logistics business, expanding the B2C services, and replenishing working capital.
CN Logistics is a well-established international logistics solutions provider with core business of providing air freight forwarding services and distribution and logistics services in relation to fashion products and fine wine, primarily focusing on high-end fashion products. According to the CIC Report, in terms of revenue for the year ended on December 31st 2019, CN Logistics ranked fifth in the integrated air freight forwarding market for high-end fashion products in the PRC with a market share of 1.6% and ranked sixth in Hong Kong with a market share of 2.6%.
As a Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager, CEBI has made important contributions to the successful listing of the company.
