2025年1月9日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人、联席牵头经办人及资本市场中介人，成功助力上海汇舸环保科技集团股份有限公司（股票代号：2613.HK，以下简称“汇舸环保”）于香港主板挂牌上市。

此次IPO募集资金将用于研发、潜在并购、在中国内地或东南亚租赁生产设施、建立新服务中心及升级现有服务中心，以及营运资金及其他一般企业用途。

汇舸环保是一家中国船舶环境保护设备及系统提供商，服务世界各地的客户。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，于二零二三年十二月三十一日，按船舶废气净化系统的二零二三年已完成订单总数及累计手头订单量计算，公司在中国船舶废气净化系统提供商中排名第三，在全球所有船舶废气净化系统提供商中排名第四。公司于二零一七年开展业务，推出首款产品船舶废气净化系统，现已开发及商业化多种船舶环境保护设备及系统。具体而言，公司的设备及系统旨在帮助客户（例如船东）减少硫及GHG排放。此外，公司通过提供内部设计以及供应设备及系统来提高船上生活条件及加强海事作业，旨在帮助客户改善其船员的生活质素。

As a Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Manager and Capital Market Intermediary, CEBI assisted CONTIOCEAN ENVIRONMENT TECH GROUP CO., LTD. (Stock Code: 2613.HK, “CONTIOCEAN”) to get listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 9th January 2025.

The net proceeds from the Global Offering will be used for R&D, potential mergers & acquisitions, leasing a production facility in Mainland China or Southeast Asia, establishing new service centers and upgrading existing service centers, as well as working capital and other general corporate purposes.

CONTIOCEAN is a PRC-based maritime environmental protection equipment and system provider serving customers from different regions. The Company ranked third among ship exhaust gas cleaning system providers based in China and fourth among all ship exhaust gas cleaning system providers in the world in terms of the volume of total number of completed orders during 2023 and the cumulative on-hand orders as of 31 December 2023 for ship exhaust gas cleaning systems according to Frost & Sullivan. The company commenced its business in 2017 by offering the first product, the ship exhaust gas cleaning system, and has now developed and commercialized various maritime environmental protection equipment and systems. In particular, its equipment and systems aim to help customers such as ship owners in reducing sulfur and GHG emissions. In addition, the company aims to help customers in upgrading the life quality for their ship crew members, by offering interior design and supplying equipment and systems that improve the onboard living conditions and enhance maritime operations.
