光银国际助力平湖市国有资产控股集团有限公司成功定价21.42亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力平湖市国有资产控股集团有限公司（“平湖国控”，简称“公司”）定价21.42亿人民币3年期高级无抵押点心债券。平湖国控主体评级为惠誉BBB-，展望稳定。债券于港交所上市。
公司是平湖市唯一的综合性国有投资建设运营平台，负责平湖市国有资产及资源的整合与运营，通过提供重要市政服务、承担重要基础设施建设等，在促进平湖市经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用。凭借超过25年的丰富运营经验，集团已成为一家综合性市政服务提供商，业务涵盖供水、天然气销售、保安服务、物业租赁、燃油销售等。
在光大银行杭州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行杭州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Pinghu State-Owned Assets Holding Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its RMB 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated BBB- by Fitch, with stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.
The Company is the sole comprehensive state-owned investment, construction and operating platform in Pinghu City, responsible for the consolidation and operation of state-owned assets and resources within Pinghu City. The Group plays an important role in facilitating the economic and social development of Pinghu City by providing key municipal services and undertaking key infrastructure construction, etc. Leveraging on more than 25 years of profound operational experience, the Group has become a comprehensive municipal service provider with a diversified business portfolio including water supply, natural gas sales, security service, property leasing, fuel sales, etc.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hangzhou Branch (“CEB Hangzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hangzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
