2023年12月5日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人、联席牵头经办人及资本市场中介人，成功助力升辉清洁集团控股有限公司（股票代号：2521.HK，以下简称“升辉清洁集团”）于香港主板挂牌上市。

此次IPO募集资金将用于扩大公司在中国的地域版图、加强服务实力以把握公共空间清洁界别的机遇、采纳行业的技术进展（特别是购置清洁机械人及升级资讯科技系统）、扩展营销部及透过宣传活动提高品牌知名度和营运资金及一般企业用途。

升辉清洁集团是中国一家清洁及维护服务供应商，也是广东省知名的物业清洁服务供应商之一。凭借超过20年的行业经验及立足于广东省的优势，公司自2000年成立以来已将业务稳步发展至为超过700名客户提供广泛的服务，并将业务覆盖范围扩大至中国14个省级地区。公司服务的场所广泛，包括商业楼宇、机场等交通枢纽、住宅物业、购物商场及商业综合大楼、街道、公园及其他公共空间。公司的服务能力包括提供基本清洁及维护服务、垃圾收集及运输服务、废物收集及运输服务、水箱清洁服务及配套服务。公司亦提供专门清洁服务，如石材清洁和修复，以及使用移动高架平台的高空清洁。

As a Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Manager and Capital Market Intermediary, CEBI assisted Shenghui Cleanness Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2521.HK, “Shenghui Cleanness Group”) to get listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 5th December 2023.

The net proceeds from the Global Offering will be used for expanding the Company’s geographic presence across the PRC, enhancing its service capabilities to capture opportunities in the public space cleaning sector, adoption of technological advances in the industry (specifically the purchase of cleaning robots, and upgrading its IT system), expanding its marketing department and strengthening the brand recognition through promotional activities, as well as working capital and for general corporate purposes.

Shenghui Cleanness Group is a cleaning and maintenance services provider in the PRC and one of the well-established property cleaning service providers in Guangdong province. With industry experience of over 20 years and foothold in Guangdong province, the Company has steadily developed its business since its establishment in 2000 to offer a wide range of services to over 700 customers and extend the coverage of its operations to 14 provincial-level regions in the PRC. The Company serves a wide range of premises including commercial buildings, transportation hub such as airports, residential premises, shopping malls and commercial complex, streets, parks and other public space. Its service capabilities include the provision of basic cleaning and maintenance service, garbage collection and transportation service, waste collection and transportation service, water tank cleaning service and ancillary services. The Company also offers specialised cleaning services such as stone cleaning and restoration and high-altitude cleaning with mobile elevated platforms.

As a Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Manager and Capital Market Intermediary, CEBI has made crucial contributions to the successful listing of the Company.
