稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力太湖新城资管成功定价12.5亿元点心债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力无锡市太湖新城资产经营管理有限公司（以下简称“太湖新城资管”）定价12.5亿人民币3年期高级无抵押绿色点心债券（点心债券为在离岸市场发行的以人民币计价债券）。债券将于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司交易所上市。该笔债券为江苏省首笔地方国企点心债。
无锡市太湖新城资产经营管理有限公司成立于2008年3月，注册资本为113.13亿元，集团实际控制人为无锡市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会。太湖新城资管作为太湖新城集团资产投资及管理平台，全面承接经开区公用资产委托管理工作。太湖新城集团是无锡市属基础设施建设重要主体之一，是太湖新城中心区的唯一基础设施建设主体。
在光大银行无锡分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力太湖新城资管成功定价此次点心债券，为太湖新城资管在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行无锡分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Wuxi Taihu New City Asset Management Co., Ltd (referred to “Wuxi Taihu New City Asset Management ”), successfully priced its 3-Year senior fixed rate Green Dim sum bonds, which are bonds issued outside of China but denominated in Chinese renminbi. CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Notes will be listed on MOX. It set records for the first local state-owned enterprise dim sum bond in Jiangsu Province.
Wuxi Taihu Lake New City Asset Management Co., Ltd. was established in March 2008 with a registered capital of CNY 11.313 billion. The actual controller of the Group is the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Wuxi City. As the asset investment and management platform of the Taihu Lake New Town Group, the Taihu Lake New Town Asset Management fully undertakes the entrusted management of public assets in the Economic Development Zone. The Taihu Lake New Town Group is one of the important subjects of infrastructure construction in Wuxi, and the only subject of infrastructure construction in the central area of the Taihu Lake New Town.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Wuxi Branch (“CEB Wuxi Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully.
