稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力长兴城投成功定价人民币债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力长兴城市建设投资集团有限公司（“长兴城投”，与其子公司统称“集团”）定价3年期中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（“上海自贸区”）离岸债券。债券将于澳门交易所上市。
长兴城市建设投资集团有限公司成立于2007年3月29日。集团作为长兴县城市基础设施投资及建设主要的主体，主营业务涵盖基础设施工程建设、土地一级开发、房地产销售、贸易业务、水务经营以及教育等板块。长兴县财政局（长兴县国资办）、长兴金控和浙江省财务开发有限责任公司，分别持股69.57%、26.09%和4.35%，长兴县财政局（长兴县国资办）为公司的实际控制人。
在光大银行杭州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力长兴城投成功定价此次自贸债，为集团在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行杭州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Changxing Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd (“Changxing Urban Construction Investment Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its CNH 3-Year senior fixed rate Free Trade Zone ("FTZ") notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
Changxing Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. was established on March 29, 2007. As the main body of urban infrastructure investment and construction in Changxing County, the group's main business covers infrastructure engineering construction, primary land development, real estate sales, trade business, water management, and education sectors. Changxing County Finance Bureau (Changxing County State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office), Changxing Financial Holding, and Zhejiang Provincial Financial Development Co., Ltd. respectively hold 69.57%, 26.09%, and 4.35% of the shares. Changxing County Finance Bureau (Changxing County State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office) is the actual controller of the company.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hangzhou Branch (“CEB Hangzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hangzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
