稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力晋江城投集团成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人成功助力福建省晋江城市建设投资开发集团有限责任公司（“晋江城投”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价364天美元高级无抵押债券。债券将于香港交易所上市。

公司成立于2009年，是由晋江市财政局注资设立的国有独资有限公司，为晋江市第一大地方政府融资平台。公司的主营业务包括城市建设，市政、公用事业等项目投资，土地开发，房地产开发，资产管理，投资策划，工程设计及施工等。2022年，晋江市在全国百强县级市排名第五。

在光大银行福州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力晋江城投集团成功定价此次美元债券，为公司在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与福州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Rececntly，Fujian Jinjiang Urban Construction Investment & Development Group Co., Ltd. (“Fujian Jinjiang Urban Construction Investment & Development Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 364-days senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Global Coordinator on this deal. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Group, established in 2009，is a wholly state-owned limited company funded by Jinjiang Finance Bureau, and is the largest local government financing platform in Jinjiang. The Group is an operating entity focusing on the urban construction, municipal, public utility and other project investment, land development, real estate development, asset management, investment planning, engineering design and construction. In 2022, Jinjiang ranked fifth among the top 100 county-level cities in China.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Fuzhou Branch (“CEB Fuzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Fuzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
