12月14日，光银国际作为联席帐薄管理人成功助力江阴国有资本控股（集团）有限公司（“江阴国控”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价3年期欧元高级无抵押债券。发行人主体评级为惠誉BBB，预期债项评级为惠誉BBB。债券将于香港交易所上市。
江阴国有资本控股（集团）有限公司由江阴市人民政府国有资产监督管理办公室于2009 年7 月 28 日出资成立。江阴市国资办是集团的唯一股东和实际控制人。集团作为江阴市国有资产经营主体，是江阴市重要的基础设施投资和融资实体及公用事业运营商。其主要业务为水务业务、市政基础设施、保障性住房等重大工程项目的投资、建设和运营管理。
在光大银行无锡分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力江阴国控成功定价此次欧元债券，为公司在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与无锡分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On December 14th, 2022, Jiangyin State-owned Assets Holding (Group) Co., Ltd.， (“Jiangyin State-owned Assets Holding Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its EUR 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Group is rated BBB by Fitch. The expected issue rating is BBB by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Jiangyin State owned Capital Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. was established by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office of Jiangyin Municipal People's Government on July 28th, 2009. Jiangyin SASAC is the sole shareholder and actual controller of the Group. As the main body of state-owned assets management in Jiangyin City, the Group is an important infrastructure investment and financing entity and public utility operator in Jiangyin City. Its main business is investment, construction and operation management of major projects such as water business, municipal infrastructure and affordable housing.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Wuxi Branch (“CEB Wuxi Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Wuxi Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
