稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力南京江宁经开成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力南京江宁经济技术开发集团有限公司（“南京江宁经开”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价364天美元高级无抵押债券。南京江宁经开主体评级为联合国际Ag-，展望为稳定。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。
南京江宁经开于1992年12月经南京江宁区政府批准成立，是国有独资企业，集团作为江宁经开区重要的城市基础设施投资建设开发主体，由江宁开发区管委会授权进行国有资产经营管理，负责江宁经济技术开发区的总体规划，组织实施开发区土地开发、转让、基础设施建设、配套功能开发及招商引资。
在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力南京江宁经开成功定价此次美元债券，为南京江宁经开在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Nan Jing Jiang Ning Economic and Technological Development Group Co., Ltd. (“Nan Jing Jiang Ning Economic and Technological Development Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 364-days senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Group is rated Ag- by China Chengxin (Asia Pacific), stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Singapore.
The Group is a leading wholly state-owned enterprise in Jiangning established by the Jiangning District Government. Since its establishment in December 1992, the Group has played an important role in implementing the Jiangning District Government’s blueprint for urban planning and municipal construction within the Nanjing Jiangning Economic Technology Development Zone (the “Development Zone”), Airport Economic Development Zone Jiangning Area (“AEDZ Jiangning Area”) and the Jiangsu Software Park (the “Software Park”), and has received strong financial and operational support from both the Management Committee and the Jiangning District Government. The Group is the primary enterprise that focuses on the development of the Development Zone.
With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
