光银国际助力宿州城建成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力宿州市城市建设投资集团（控股）有限公司（“宿州城建”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价3年期美元高级无抵押债券。宿州城建主体评级为惠誉BBB-，展望稳定。债项评级亦为惠誉BBB-。债券将于香港交易所上市。

宿州城建是宿州市政府全资拥有、宿州市国资委监管的城市发展平台。集团主要从事基础设施建设业务。集团的基础设施建设业务主要包括城市设施建设、保障性住房建设、棚户区改造等宿州市政府授权的项目。

在光大银行合肥分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力宿州城建成功定价此次美元债券，为宿州城建在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行合肥分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Suzhou City Construction Investment Group (Holding) Co., Ltd. (“SZCONS”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. SZCONS is rated BBB- by Fitch, stable outlook. The issue rating is also BBB- by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Group is an investment and financing platform for urban development wholly owned by the Suzhou City municipal government and supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Suzhou City. The Group is primarily engaged in infrastructure construction business. The Group’s infrastructure construction business primarily include construction of urban facilities, indemnificatory houses, shantytown renovations and other projects under the mandate of the Suzhou City municipal government.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hefei Branch (“CEB Hefei Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hefei Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
