光银国际助力无锡恒廷实业有限公司成功定价美元债券

5月18日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力无锡恒廷实业有限公司（“无锡恒廷实业”）于香港定价3年期票息3.8%美元计价的高级无抵押债券。本次债券由宁波银行无锡分行提供备用信用证。债券将于香港交易所上市。

自成立以来，在商务区管理委员会的指定下，无锡恒廷实业在实施关于无锡锡东新区商务区市政建设及物业管理蓝图方面发挥了战略性和关键性的作用。特别值得一提的是，集团承担着锡东新区商务区各类国有资产的管理和运营任务，是商务区管委会下重点的投资及物业管理平台之一。

在光大银行无锡分行大力支持下，光银国际助力无锡恒廷实业成功定价此次美元债券，为无锡恒廷实业在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行无锡分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

On 18 May, Wuxi Hengting Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Wuxi Hengting”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced 3-year 3.8% senior fixed rate notes. CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The notes enjoy a support of SBLC provided by Bank of Ningbo Wuxi Branch and will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Since its establishment, the Group has been designated by the Business District Management Committee to play a strategic and critical role in implementing the Business District Management Committee’s blueprint for municipal development and property management in the XDNT Business District. In particular, the Group has the mandate to operate, manage and preserve various state-owned assets and capital in the XDNT Business District and acts as one of the key investment, construction and property management platforms of the Business District Management Committee.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Wuxi Branch (“CEB Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
