11月18日，光银国际成功助力Port of Newcastle Group（“PoN”）定价10年期美元计价有担保的高级抵押债券，合计金额3亿美元。本次债券亦是PoN首次美元债发行。债券规则为144A及Reg S。此次发行债券评级为穆迪Baa3、标普BBB-、惠誉BBB-。
PoN是纽卡斯尔港的运营商。该港口位于新南威尔士州的猎人谷地区，是新南威尔士州北部的一个主要经济和贸易中心。该港是澳大利亚东海岸最大的港口，按贸易量计算是澳大利亚第四大港口。PoN以地主港口模式运营，大部分贸易流量由第三方运营商根据长期租赁协议占用港口的泊位进行处理。与纯运营商的港口相比，地主港口模式提供了收入的稳定性，减少了现金流的波动。

On 18 November, Port of Newcastle Group (“PoN”) successfully priced its debut US$300million 10-year guaranteed senior secured notes (the “Notes”). The format of the Notes is 144A and Reg S. The issue ratings of the Notes are Baa3 by Moody’s, BBB- by S&P and BBB- by Fitch.
PoN is the operator of the Port of Newcastle. The port is located in the Hunter Valley region in New South Wales, which is a major economic and trading center for northern NSW. The port is the largest port on the East Coast of Australia and the fourth largest port in Australia by trade volume. PoN operates under a landlord port model, with the majority of trade flows being handled by third party operators occupying berth sites at the Port under long-term rental lease agreements. The landlord port model offers revenue stability and reduced cash flow volatility when compared to pure operator ports.
As a well-known investment bank with comparative competitive strengths, CEBI helped PoN successfully price this USD bond with its rich experience in Asian capital markets, gaining more investor recognition for PoN in the international capital markets. This milestone deal also witnessed the first cooperation between CEBI and China Everbright Bank Sydney Branch (“CEB Sydney Branch”) in exploring overseas bond issuers.
