光银国际助力肇庆国联成功定价美元债券

10月21日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力肇庆市国联投资控股有限公司（“肇庆国联”）于香港定价3年期3亿美元票息2.68%的高级无抵押债券。发行人主体评级为穆迪Baa3（稳定）及惠誉BBB-（稳定），预期债项评级为穆迪Baa3及惠誉BBB-。债券将于香港交易所和澳门交易所上市。
肇庆国联是肇庆市重要的国有投资集团之一，主营业务包括工程和基础设施建设、商业销售、供水和污水处理、交通、发电和房地产开发。肇庆国联亦是肇庆市中最重要的基础设施建设开发商及营运主体。
簿记建档日，光银国际率先下达牵头订单，助力建立账簿动能。最终账簿规模超过10亿美元，债券的定价收益率为2.68%。在光大银行广州分行及肇庆分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力肇庆国联成功定价此次美元债券，为肇庆国联在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行当地分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 21th October, Zhaoqing Guolian Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (“Zhaoqing Guolian” or “Group”) successfully priced its US$300million 2.68% 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Group is rated Baa3 (stable) by Moody’s and BBB- (stable) by Fitch and the expected issue ratings are Baa3 by Moody’s and BBB- by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd.
The Group is a state-owned enterprise controlled by Zhaoqing SASAC and Department of Finance of Guangdong Province which has diverse business and investments in multiple industries including engineering and infrastructure construction, commercial sales, water supply and sewage treatment, transportation, power generation and real estate development. The Group has been an important developer and operator in Zhaoqing.
On the bookbuilding day, CEBI contributed book momentum by placing leading order. The final orderbook is over 10 billion USD and the Notes were priced at 2.68%. With unreserved support of the Guangzhou branch and Zhaoqing branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Branches”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Branches and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
