Senior Officer – Information Technology


Job Responsibilities • Assist Supervisor in preparing IT documentation;
• Daily user supporting;
• Responsible for the IP Phone system and Voice Recording System network;
• Manage the vendors for acquired services;
• Propose Hardware and Software to supervisor;
• Patch Management and ensure the necessary testing;
• Implement and configure the Servers;
• Configure, Manage and Monitor the networks;
• Work with Operations Team to set up periodic monitoring on proactive basis;
• Ensure the systems are up and running and in a healthy condition.


Requirements • Bachelor Degree or relevant;
• At least 2 to 5 years of IT support experience;
• Experience in delivering high customer service experience preferably with MNC environment;
• Good Working knowledge and IT experience supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite;
• Solid understanding of Intel based PC hardware/peripherals;
• Basic understanding of network and server side infrastructure;
• Project execution exposure.
