System Support

Responsibilities• Assist Supervisor in preparing IT documentation
• Daily user supporting
• Responsible for the PABX system and Voice Recording System network
• Manage the vendor for acquired services
• Propose Hardware and Software to supervisor
• Patch Management and ensure the necessary testing
• Implement and configure the Servers
• Troubleshoot network and server problem
• SSL Certificate Renewal on Servers
• Configure the Security Tools and devise the necessary monitoring jobs i.e. Anti-Virus Server, Proxy Server, IPS, Spam and Virus Email Filtering System
• Configure, Manage and Monitor the networks
• Work with Operation Team to set up periodic monitoring on proactive basis
• Ensure the systems are up and running and in a healthy condition

Requirements• Diploma Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline and over 3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of PC Support
• Good IT documentation knowledge
• Good knowledge of Network and Server Support
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and inter-personal skills and can-do attitude
• Dynamic and proactive
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
