Associate / Analyst – Client Solutions|經理 / 分析員 - 客戶方案部


Responsibilities• Assist the team in client management efforts including analyzing clients’ financing needs, identifying investment opportunities, and providing capital markets solutions
• Participate in origination, assist in preparing pitch material, collecting and validating relevant data for analysis
• Coordinate with other departments in the firm such as corporate finance and sales in origination and deal execution
• Assist in maintaining existing client relationship and to developing new client base
• Communicate with other third party intermediaries such as legal counsel and accountant
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor


工作内容 協助團隊進行客戶管理工作,包括分析客戶的融資需求,識別投資機會,以及提供資本市場解決方案
參與發行,協助準備材料,收集和相關數據進行分析
與公司其他部門協調,例如企業融資和銷售部門於發行和執行交易的協調
協助維持現有的客戶關係和開發新的客戶群
與其他第三方中介,如法律顧問和會計進行溝通
協助主管分配的特別任務


Requirements• Degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent disciplines
• Qualified to be registered as licensed person under SFC, current licensee a Plus 2-4 years’ relevant experience gained in a financial institution, preferably in a client facing role
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in verbal and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese capability would be a plus.
• Self-motivated, responsible and reliable, able to work under pressure

2-4年在金融機構相關經驗,經常與客戶溝通優先
卓越的人際溝通和分析能力
精通口頭和書面的英語,懂普通話和粵語能力為優勢
